HEALTH CARE

we all have been informed by our teacher, lecturer, parents, or might as well read from newspapers or magazine about Malaysia being the fattest country in South-East Asia with obesity rate we have been reported. 2.6 million adults were obese and over 444,000 children below the age of 18 years old were overweight.

Why does it happen??
1) A sedentary lifestyle
2) Too much fast food nowadays
3) Subsidies given by the government
4) Advanced in technology (play games using gadgets and not playing outdoor games any more)

SO!!!! enough with all of this info,(save it cause it might come out in your UPSR,PMR,SPM or STPM. Wait! There is no more UPSR and PMR right?? Darn it! Lucky kids. Just kidding)
Best part is sharing info to you people on how I turn from fat to thin!

MY STORY!
after SPM, me and a friend of mine went for a morning walk and jog for 2 hours! 8-10. We take half an hour for breakfast then went to the gym until 12.30. We don't do much work out using the gym facilities. We turn on the music LOUD then we dance crazily!! After that we went back home, i cook, tidy up the house, have lunch and rest. from 5-7 is my evening walk and had my dinner early! i don't do supplement because of the side effect. try to follow it! Oh yes! I forgot, for dinner reduce your rice quantity. BOOOOOORING! I know but the result is FANTASTIC and WORTH IT! i PROMISE you! Not to brag or anything but people will be like 'how you did it,advice me please..'. The thing is I never did reduce the quantity of food that I ate but for better and fast result, you guys should!!
