ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE...(FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS)
No matter what people do to you, you got to always think positive... For example, when a person says they hate you, smile and think they hate you because you're AWESOME!!!though it hurt you deeply, just smile... Cry only when you need to and 'NEVER BE DEPRESSED MORE THEN 24 HOURS'... People will always tend to forget you when they need someone else and only remember you when they need you... Its part of living,part of life. You see, if this happens, move on...try to find a new friend that would except you just the way you are. SCARED on the other hand is a word that might appear in your head... I know!! Been through all that before... If this happen, you should think first,'is it because of them or its just you that is not normal...'. weird right but true!!! its the question i ask myself when things happen... And the result is 'I want to change myself' though its not my fault... change for the better!!! But sometimes, too much positive thinking is also bad for you because people might try to take advantage of you(another meaning for it is using you or bully you)... So, try to differentiate between helping and being used... Hard!!! but still,its ok.... Just have fun with your life... 'LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST BABE'ssssss' <3 <3 <3

WHY KIDS NOWADAYS EASILY FALL IN LOVE....
Kids nowadays are indulgence. They always need love and attention from their parents and surroundings and they would do just anything to get them!! For example bullying, vandalism, stealing and so much more. They like being scolded to because they felt the love and care from them. it's sad but what can we say, human are strange...

MANAGE YOUR EXPENSES!!
To be sincere, i'm not good in managing my expenses since i'm a shopaholic and food lover!!! I'm a student and i used up to Rm200 per week!!sometimes more... I can tell you, it's not healthy since i ask a few of college students and they told me, they spend only Rm50 per week... Then i ask myself, why people can and why can't i??? i can save a lot...!!!so,here's what we can do to manage them

soooooo...... too jealous is not healthy for a relationship... today!!will tell u a bit on how to manage your jealous feeling!
1.Take a good look at the effect your jealous behavior has on other people.
2. Tackle your feelings by questioning yourself ('Is this jealousy because I feel afraid or angry? Why am I feeling fear or anger here? Why am I jealous over this? What is making me jealous? What am I trying to keep? Why do I feel threatened?')
3. Change any false beliefs that might be fueling your jealousy. (for example you're jealous when you're boyfriend talking to other girls because you think he might fall for he,think twice. If he doesn't love you, he would never choose you. everyone need space when it comes to relationship)
4. Bear in mind at all times that feelings of jealousy are about you, not about the other person.
5. Learn from your jealousy.(ask yourself what do you get of being jealous)

RELATIONSHIPS
I've never been a tough girl when it comes to relationships. To me,losing a friend is harder then losing a 'boyfriend'. Searching for a new one is also rough. A real friend accept us just the way we are and would change us for the better. Today, I'm losing someone i cherish most. It's my fault and i regret it. A person once said to me 'people come and go but love stays eternal'... This person have always been nice towards me. When i cry, that person would make me laugh. Well,that person doesn't know how to make jokes but that's the funny part. That person would try until i'm back on my feet. We've known each other for a few month but it's like we've known forever. Maybe it is because of the chemistry... I've always focus on something that i don't have and never conscious on something that I already have. I would do just anything to change my past. This it for today. It's not me to tell my sad life to the world.

HEALTH CARE
we all have been informed by our teacher, lecturer, parents, or might as well read from newspapers or magazine about Malaysia being the fattest country in South-East Asia with obesity rate we have been reported. 2.6 million adults were obese and over 444,000 children below the age of 18 years old were overweight.
Why does it happen??
1) A sedentary lifestyle
2) Too much fast food nowadays
3) Subsidies given by the government
4) Advanced in technology (play games using gadgets and not playing outdoor games any more)
SO!!!! enough with all of this info,(save it cause it might come out in your UPSR,PMR,SPM or STPM. Wait! There is no more UPSR and PMR right?? Darn it! Lucky kids. Just kidding)
Best part is sharing info to you people on how I turn from fat to thin!
MY STORY!
after SPM, me and a friend of mine went for a morning walk and jog for 2 hours! 8-10. We take half an hour for breakfast then went to the gym until 12.30. We don't do much work out using the gym facilities. We turn on the music LOUD then we dance crazily!! After that we went back home, i cook, tidy up the house, have lunch and rest. from 5-7 is my evening walk and had my dinner early! i don't do supplement because of the side effect. try to follow it! Oh yes! I forgot, for dinner reduce your rice quantity. BOOOOOORING! I know but the result is FANTASTIC and WORTH IT! i PROMISE you! Not to brag or anything but people will be like 'how you did it,advice me please..'. The thing is I never did reduce the quantity of food that I ate but for better and fast result, you guys should!! That's it for today. many thanks for reading!!
